Welcome to The Meadow’s Daughter. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. These are here to help us ensure a respectful and clear relationship between maker and customer.

1. Our Products

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. This means that:

  • Texture, scent, and colour may vary slightly from batch to batch.

  • We do not use preservatives or stabilisers, so please follow storage instructions carefully.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns.

We recommend performing a patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website and must be paid in full at checkout. We accept secure payment via Shopify Payments, apple pay, Google pay, credit card.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As each product is made with care, please allow [e.g. 2–3 business days] for processing before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Pick-Up

We offer both Australia-wide shipping and local pick-up from Manilla, NSW.

  • Shipping: All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

  • Pick-Up: If selected at checkout, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please follow the instructions provided in your email.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal services.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

We use natural ingredients including tallow, essential oils, and botanicals. Please read all ingredient lists carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs. It is your responsibility to ensure a product is suitable for your skin or your child’s.

All content on this website, including photos, text, logos, and product descriptions, belongs to The Meadow’s Daughter and may not be used without written permission.

8. Safety & Use Around Children

Some of our products contain essential oils, which are not recommended for use on children under 2 years of age. We do our best to clearly label products that are suitable for babies and young children.

  • Always perform a patch test before use.

  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  • Products should be stored safely and kept out of reach of children.
